1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
1.1 In these Terms the following definitions apply

Services Means the services provided by the Website:
User Means any visitor of the Website who accesses or uses the contents and services offered by the Website;
Member Means a female who registers herself on the Website by opening a User Account and accesses Services provided by the Website;
Seller Means a Member who sells her Product(s) through the Website;
Buyer Means any Member who purchases Product(s) displayed on the Website by the Seller(s);
Terms Means the terms set out in this terms and conditions document.
1.5 The Website and the Services are available only to those Users who are female and above eighteen (18) years of age. The Owner does not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of eighteen years. Any person who provides her Personal Information to the Owner through the Website represents that she is a female and 18 years of age or older. Advertiser and sponsors are exempt from this clause.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 User may provide certain Personal Information, for example, User’s Name, Address, Email Address, Telephone number etc., which otherwise is not publicly available. The Owner asks this Personal Information when the User opens a User Account (Buyer or Seller), places an Order or fills out any other form on the Website.
2.2 By opening a User Account, or placing an Order, or filling out any form on the Website, the User gives his/her consent to the Owner for collecting and storing his/her Personal Information in the databases / server logs of the Owner.
2.3 In order to process the Payment for the Services availed by the User, the Owner asks the User (Buyer / Seller) to provide certain sensitive personal information in the form of financial data like Bank Account Details, Credit Card numbers, Pay Pal Account details etc., in addition to the Personal Information mentioned in clause 2.1. The Website may use the services of a third party payment processor to process the payments.
2.4 The Owner or the third party payment processor shall store the Sensitive Personal Information of the Members only for the purposes of processing the online financial transactions towards the Services Purchased of Orders Placed by the Users.
3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
3.1 The Owner automatically receives and records information on its server logs from the User’s browser including IP Address, Owner cookie information, the page the User requested, and media the User consumed, whenever User interacts with the Website.
3.2 WHAT ARE COOKIES? A cookie is a small file containing a small amount of data that is sent to User’s Browser from a web server and placed on User’s Computer’s Hard Drive to assist the Website in providing the Services, recognize User’s browser and to know how and when pages in the Website are visited and by how many people.
3.3 If User does not wish the Website to install cookies on his/her computer, User may change the settings on his/her browser to reject cookies. If the User does set his/her browser to reject cookies, User may not be able to use all of the features of the Website.
3.4 Ads and offers appearing on the Website may be delivered to Users by the advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize User’s computer each time they send the User an online advertisement to compile information about the User. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to the User.
4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1 Personal Information (including User’s Email Address) collected from the User may be used for the following purposes;
i. To provide the User with the Services the User has requested;
ii. To provide the User with Promotional or marketing information or information about a specific program that the User has elected to participate in
or receive information;
iii. To personalize the User’s experience by customizing the content and offering the User a tailored content;
iv. Improve the Services which the Owner provides to the Users;
v. To process the financial transactions for the Orders placed or Services availed by Members;
vi. To keep contact and communicate with the User, with prior permission of User, regarding the updates to the Website;
vii. Responding to User’s requests for certain products or services.
4.2 The Sensitive Personal Information of the Members shall only be used to process the financial transactions for the Orders placed or the Services
requested by the Users.
4.3 The Owner may use automatically collected information and cookies information to:
i. Remember User’s information so that the User will not have to re-enter it during that visit or the next time User visits the Website;
ii. Provide customised, personalised advertisements, content, and information;
iii. Monitor the effectiveness of the Owner’s marketing campaigns;
iv. Monitor aggregate usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed:

5. CHOICE OF THE USER
5.1 Users can always opt not to disclose information to the Owner. However, in order to avail some Services, User will have to provide certain information to the Owner. If a particular User chooses not to provide her Personal Information to the Owner then the User will not be able to avail some of the Services offered through the Website.
5.2 A Member can access her Personal Information at any time through her unique Login-ID and password. After logging to her User Account the Member will be able to modify her Personal Information (Contact Address, Telephone Number, E-mail Address etc.) as well as the password.
5.3 Each Member will have the option to delete her account at any time. Some Personal Information may remain in the records of the Website even after the deletion of Account. In case any Buyer / Seller want to delete his complete Personal Information then she will have given the Website a written request for deleting the information. The Owner will delete the information so requested from its databases and servers within seven working (7) days from the date of receipt of such request.
5.4 User will have the choice to opt out of receiving E-mail Notices or solicitations from the Owner or its affiliates by responding to a link in each E-mail notice or solicitation.
6. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 The Owner values the Privacy of User’s Personal Information and treats the data of User as confidential.
6.2 The Owner shall have the right to display certain Personal Information of the User (Name, Picture, Address Social Media Links etc) on the Profile page of the User. The Website shall disclose certain information of the Creator of a Group to the followers of her Group.
6.3 The Website shall display some information of the Seller (Name, Picture, Name of Seller’s Store, Social Media Links, Address, Phone Number, Email Address etc) on the pages displaying the Product(s) sold by the Seller which allows other Users to identify the Seller and so that the Buyers may contact the Seller if in case they have any questions about the items listed, billing or shipping etc.
6.4 The Website provides certain information of the Buyer to the Sellers. For the avoidance of doubt, when a Buyer purchases a particular Seller’s Product then that Seller shall receive the Buyer’s Name, E-mail Address, Billing or Shipping Address, Telephone Number, Pay Pal etc in order to receive the payment and/or deliver the Product(s) to the Buyer.
6.5 The Owner shall not rent, sell or share Personal Information obtained on or from the Website with any other person or non-affiliated companies except to provide the Services the User has requested, so long as these parties agree to keep the Personal Information of the User as confidential.
6.6 The Owner will disclose Personal Information of the User to other third parties only when it is required by law and absolutely necessary for compliance of a legal obligation.
7. SECURITY PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES
7.1 The Owner has implemented comprehensive document information security program and information security policies to keep the Personal Data of the User secure and protect it from any unauthorised access. However, the Owner cannot guarantee or ensure the security of the information of the User. Unauthorised entry or use by third parties, hardware or software failure, and other such factors may compromise the security of User information at any time.
8. DUTIES OF MEMBER
8.1 Information in the User Accounts shall be protected by a password for the privacy and security of the Personal Information of the Members. .
8.2 Member must ensure to keep the password of her User Account safe and protected at all times and prevent unauthorised access of the account and the Personal Information.
8.3 In case of a likely disclosure of this password to any third person the Member shall be responsible for all actions that might be taken in her User Account. Therefore, the Member must immediately change the password of her User Account in order to protect it from any unauthorised access.
